Hotel Location & Address
For security and privacy reasons, the exact location of our hotel is shared individually after a confirmed booking. We also offer convenient transportation services to and from N'Djili Airport, which is just a 25-minute drive away. This service is available on demand, subject to specific terms and conditions. Reservations
Reservations are typically made in advance to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. However, the management reserves the right to refuse certain bookings that present a high risk for disruption or potential property damage. This precautionary measure is in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking, except for guests based in Kinshasa who may pay upon arrival. This ensures your room is reserved for your intended stay dates and helps us manage our availability effectively. Please be aware that bookings made without payment will not be valid. While we understand plans may change, our flexible cancellation policy allows adjustments within the specified timeframe. However, payment is essential to confirm and validate your reservation.

Guests based in Kinshasa have the option to pay in cash upon arrival. However, for guests based in Europe, payment must be completed before arrival.
For guests from the UK, payment can be made either in cash or via bank transfer. For guests from other European countries, payment is accepted via bank transfer.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction process.
Identification
Upon check-in, we verify guests' details including full name, phone number, address and an emergency contact of choice. This information is securely stored for emergency purposes and to confirm guest identity during their stay. In case of emergencies, accurate guest information allows us to respond quickly and effectively. These measures also maintain database integrity and ensure only authorised access to our hotel. We prioritise guest privacy and security, adhering to strict protocols to safeguard personal information. Thank you for your cooperation as we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, our management endeavours to provide a refund, deducting a small 3% administration fee from the total amount of the payment made during booking. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing cancellations. However, to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested at least one week prior to the scheduled booking date. This advance notice allows us to adjust our availability and offer the vacated room to other potential guests.
Arrival
Upon arrival, a dedicated host will warmly greet each guest and personally escort them to their designated room. During this time, guests will be provided with two keys: one for their room and another for the main entrance, ensuring convenient access throughout their stay. Our attentive host will be available to address any inquiries or concerns. To further enhance your stay, you will be connected with our host in advance, allowing for communication and assistance from the moment of reservation to departure. Our commitment to personalised service ensures that your needs are met with care and attention.
Rooms & Amenities
Our property boasts two stories, offering guests comfortable accommodations based on availability. Each room is ensuite and equipped with essential amenities, including a bed, table with chair, fridge, fan, clothes rail, TV with decoder, mat, shower douche, and a bin. Our dedicated cleaning staff ensures cleanliness and tidiness by emptying the bin daily and making the bed between the hours of 9 am and 11 am.
Our property utilises solar panels to provide electricity, available from 6 pm to 7 am. This sustainable energy source aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility and ensures uninterrupted power supply during the evening and early morning hours.
To minimise energy consumption, the use of electronic devices is restricted, with only phone chargers permitted due to our reliance on solar panels for electricity. Additionally, guests have access to a kitchen where limited electrical items, such as a kettle, can be used on demand, subject to availability of power provided by the National Electricity Company (SNEL).
However, please note that availability of electricity from SNEL (National Electricity Company) may vary, and we are not in control of this. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay for our guests, occasional fluctuations in electricity supply from SNEL may occur beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances, and our team is always available to assist you to ensure a pleasant experience during your stay.
Safety & Security
To prioritise the safety and security of our guests, our hotel implements a policy where the main entrance is locked from 18:00 onwards. This measure helps to regulate access to the premises during evening hours and ensures that only authorised individuals are able to enter the building. Upon check-in, each guest is provided with a key to their room as well as a separate key to access the main entrance. This ensures that guests have convenient and secure access to the hotel while also maintaining a controlled environment for the safety of all occupants.
House Rules
As our primary energy source is provided by solar panels from 18:00 to 7:00 am, cooking is not permitted in the kitchen to conserve energy during these hours. Additionally, to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, loud music is prohibited within the property premises.
While we strive to ensure cleanliness and orderliness, it is imperative that the kitchen be cleaned after every use to uphold our standards of hygiene and tidiness.
Each room is designated for single occupancy unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, with a maximum occupancy of two individuals per room.
Please note that while we cannot control music played outside the property, we aim to provide a serene and comfortable atmosphere within our premises at all times.

Anti Social Behaviour
At our hotel, we prioritise creating a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Therefore, we have a strict policy against antisocial behaviour. In the event that a guest engages in behaviour that disrupts the peace or safety of others, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise, harassment of other guests or staff, property damage, or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate by hotel management. We take such matters seriously to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
